  • We conduct in-person interviews to make sure the candidate has good communication skills, necessary technical knowledge and proper attitude to work in a team environment.
  • Review meetings at which all project representatives assess the consistency of individual efforts with the total project goal.
  • Regular coordination with the client in order to ensure that there is a continuing common understanding of what requirements are to be satisfied. In order to minimize transition losses, these meetings include direct beneficiaries of the project.
  • RSB will conduct scheduled as well as unscheduled interim reviews of each candidate placed on the contract.
